    Job Title: Production MIG Welder $25+

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to support the manufacturing of cabinets for our end customers. The role involves fast-paced welding throughout the day on the same product, requiring precision and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform production MIG welding on cabinets for end customers.

    + Work from blueprints to prepare materials for welding.

    + Ensure fast-paced and efficient welding throughout the day.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years experience in MIG welding.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience in production welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Some form of welding certification or accredited coursework in welding.

    + Experience in TIG welding, stainless steel, and aluminum welding is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The position operates within a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on production MIG welding. Employees should be comfortable working to meet customer deadlines in a high - energy setting. This is a 2nd shift position, working Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with training available on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM.

    This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
