**Location:** Houston, TX
Shifts Available:
+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role
A fast-growing, mission-driven technology company is seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Quality Inspectors** to join its dynamic team. This organization is developing cutting-edge autonomous platforms that support both commercial and Department of Defense operations.
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that high-performance devices meet rigorous quality standards before deployment. You’ll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and precision are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform inspections in accordance with **IPC-620 standards**
+ Utilize **multimeters, micrometers, calipers, and gauges** to verify product specifications
+ Interpret **technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams** to ensure compliance
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Qualifications
+ Minimum **2 years of recent experience** in quality inspection within **aerospace, defense, maritime, automation, or related industries**
+ Proficiency with **multimeters** and precision inspection tools
+ Strong understanding of **technical documentation and schematics**
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
