Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? We’re hiring a Punch Press Set-Up Operator to join a well-organized, safety-focused facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating punch presses for metal stamping—playing a key part in delivering high-quality production.

•️ Your Day-to-Day

+ Prepare punch presses by setting and securing tooling before production

+ Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate setups

+ Operate stamping presses safely and efficiently

+ Monitor machine performance and resolve issues as they arise

+ Disassemble tooling after production runs

• What You’ll Bring

+ 1+ year of experience in punch press setup and operation

+ Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measure)

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

+ A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
