    Job Title: Quality Control Technician

     

    Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

     

    Schedule: Occasional Saturdays as needed

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to inspect electrical and plumbing components used in mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in visual inspection, blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet quality and safety standards before reaching our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform visual and dimensional inspections of electrical and plumbing components.

     

    Verify product compliance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

     

    Use hand and power tools to assist in inspection and testing processes.

     

    Document inspection results and report non-conformities.

     

    Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

     

    Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    1+ years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or mechanical environment.

     

    Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.

     

    Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.

     

    Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools is a plus.

     

    Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems is highly desirable.

     

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Work Environment:

    Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.

     

    Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
