Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Perform electrical assembly on skid units, including cutting and bending rigid conduit, pulling wire, installing cable trays and busbar ducts, and assembling panels. Responsibilities also include wiring switches, smoke detectors, and heat detectors, and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse floor. Assemblers should be flexible and willing to assist in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Perform electrical assembly on skid units.
+ Cut and bend rigid conduit.
+ Pull wire and install cable trays and busbar ducts.
+ Assemble electrical panels.
+ Wire switches, smoke detectors, and heat detectors.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse floor.
+ Assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements
+ 3-5 years of experience in electrical/electro-mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with installing cable trays.
+ Proficiency in cutting, bending, and installing rigid conduit.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with control panels.
+ Shop experience preferred over industrial or commercial.
+ Experienced with terminations.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment with concrete flooring, open bay doors, and non-climate controlled conditions. Be comfortable working next to welders and around overhead cranes and forklifts.

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
