**Location:** Fremont, Ne

Shifts Available:

+ **1st Shift (8 openings):**

+ Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

+ Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (mandatory 8 hrs OT)

+ Optional OT: Sat 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

+ **2nd Shift (2 openings):**

+ Mon–Thurs: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (48 hrs/week)

+ Optional OT: Sat 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

+ **+$2/hr shift premium!**

Pay Range:

+ **$20–$26/hr** based on weld test

+ **2nd Shift earns up to $28/hr with premium**

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Weld custom trucks and agricultural equipment — **no repetitive work!**

+ **Use MIG, TIG, and pulse welding techniques (training available for pulse welding)**

+ **Read and interpret blueprints to complete unique builds**

+ **Work both indoors and outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment**

What You Bring:

+ **6+ months welding experience** (MIG/TIG required; pulse welding a plus)

+ **6+ months blueprint reading experience**

+ **Willingness to work overtime and in a hands-on, agricultural setting**

+ **Steel toe boots and jeans required; short sleeves allowed**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
