Job Title: Aerospace Assembly Technician
Job Description
Join a family-oriented aerospace company with over 40 years of success. We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to join our expanding team, working on aerospace components for major Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Responsibilities
+ Work from Boeing blueprints to assemble interior aerospace components.
+ Utilize hand and power tools, including riveters, hand and air drills, arbor press, brackets, and hand deburrs.
+ Interpret various specifications and assembly drawings.
+ Perform riveting and bracketing during assembly.
+ Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
+ Gather necessary materials and tools for assembly.
+ Assemble components accurately and efficiently per specifications.
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience as an aerospace assembler, preferably 5+ years.
+ US Citizenship.
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tools.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with assembly, production, blueprint reading, riveting, and countersinking.
+ Experience with hand and power tools in aerospace assembly.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
