             Construction Laborer – Outdoor Recreation Projects **Location:** Various project sites in Demver metro area About the Role: Join a Family-Owned, Growing Team and help build beautiful outdoor spaces like parks, trails, athletic fields, river projects, and more. This is hands-on work in scenic locations with opportunities to learn the trades and grow your career. What You’ll Do: + Assist operators with setting boulders, grading earthwork, pipe installation, and erosion control + Perform landscaping and maintenance tasks + Help with miscellaneous installs (benches, concrete repair, touch-up paint) + Support river work projects done in-house Requirements: + 1+ year experience in erosion control, utilities, earthwork, or landscaping + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (including boulders) + Reliable and ready to work outdoors in all conditions Career Path: Start as a laborer and grow into roles like erosion control assistant superintendent, equipment operator, or crew leader. Learn specialized skills in river work and park construction.
