    Job Title: Manufacturing and Testing Equipment Operator

    Job Description

    Operate manufacturing and testing equipment for various products. Provide manufacturing labor, testing, evaluation, and documentation for production and support the manufacturing processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Read, understand, and follow procedures.

    + Maintain production records and enter data in electronic files.

    + Perform routine equipment maintenance, including minor repair and modifications.

    + Handle sheet manufacturing responsibilities such as hot roll sheet, cold roll sheet, waterjet usage, shearing edges, surface grinding, acid etching, annealing, hot press annealing, shipping preparation, and final cleaning.

    + Measure sheets using appropriate measuring equipment.

    + Maintain production records and ensure product identity.

    + Receive, identify, sort, document, store, and distribute sheet and thin sheet samples for chemistry, metallographic, and mechanical tests.

    + Safely handle hazardous materials and wastes during production processes.

    + Work safely and adhere to all safety procedures.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
