About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete work to join our growing team. This position offers year-round employment — no seasonal layoffs. When concrete work slows down in the winter months, you’ll transition into carpentry work, keeping your skills sharp and your income steady.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for residential and commercial projects

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

+ Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding

+ Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate techniques

+ Maintain a clean and organized job site

+ Transition to carpentry tasks during winter, including framing, trim work, and general construction support

Requirements

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete labor or related construction work

+ Familiarity with concrete tools, materials, and safety practices

+ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

+ Willingness to learn and perform carpentry tasks during off-season

+ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
