    Welder - Cleburne, Tx

     

    1st and 2nd Shifts - $20-23/hr

    Job Description

    + Weld steel components using flux core and/or hard wire techniques.

    + Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

    + Ensure welds meet quality standards and design specifications.

    + Troubleshoot welding equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.

    + Perform quality checks and correct unsatisfactory welds.

    + Train lower-level welders and guide them in welding techniques.

    + Identify and perform corrective actions for heat-affected areas.

    + D1.1 certification in flux core and hard wire welding.

    + Ability to interpret and understand blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in Flux Core Welding.

    + Basic fitting skills.

    + Understanding of heat affected areas and their reactions to base metals.

     

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment, utilizing a variety of welding equipment and tools to achieve production goals.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleburne, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
