    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of common areas within our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms. Your role will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces, as well as emptying trash bins and replacing liners. Additionally, you will be tasked with cleaning windows, glass doors, and maintaining the exterior cleanliness of sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms.

    + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

    + Empty trash bins and replace liners in designated areas.

    + Clean windows, glass doors, and maintain exterior cleanliness including sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots.

    + Perform trash removal efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation practices.

    + Experience with floor care including sweeping and buffing.

    + Ability to perform janitorial and industrial cleaning duties.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in environmental services or housekeeping is a plus.

    + Knowledge in trash removal and janitorial duties.

    Work Environment

     

    Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work involves maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the facility, with the aid of a company-provided vehicle during working hours. Uniforms, boots, and outerwear are provided, and a weekly uniform laundry program is in place.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
