Job Title: Warehouse Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Laborer for a dynamic role in a bustling warehouse environment. This first-shift position operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting and should excel in taking direction and translating it into action.

Responsibilities

+ Clean and reorganize the warehouse area to maintain an efficient work environment.

+ Pick and pack products accurately for shipping.

+ Perform basic packaging and labeling tasks.

+ Load and unload items safely and efficiently.

+ Operate pallet jacks to assist with material handling.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor, packing, picking, and packaging.

+ Proficiency in material handling and operating a pallet jack.

+ Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklift operation and RF scanner is a plus.

+ Clean driving record for local deliveries in a small box truck.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment that can become hot during the summer months. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
