    Summary of Position

     

    To teach Developmental Mathematics courses.

    Minimum Required Education

    Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field with 18 hours of math at the graduate level. Degrees in related subject areas such as engineering, physical sciences, or economics may be considered.

     

    Minimum Required Experience

     

    At least one year of full-time or adjunct teaching experience in Mathematics in public schools or in post-secondary education is preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Ability to research, prepare and teach Developmental Math courses both traditional and online, and collaborate with peers and office staff. Demonstrate excellence in oral and written communication skills. Personal Computer proficiency. Ability to successfully interact with students, faculty and staff.
