Finance Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate has significant experience in Corporate FP&A or a larger public company -- planning, forecasting and reporting for our Global Corporate functions, such as HR, Finance, Treasury, IT, etc. Supporting Global teams, this person will interact with our senior leadership on a regular basis and must be able to present to executive levels of our Fortune 113 company (2017). The individual must possess strong business acumen and thrive in a dynamic business environment and must have experience with financial reporting, financial planning and business analysis activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Train and educate employees on day to day functional responsibilities.
+ Perform day to day functional responsibility and/or conduct financial analysis to identify and evaluate risk and exposure; recommend appropriate action.
+ Set and communicate direction for team in order to deliver results in line with strategic goals. May need intermittent guidance from senior management to develop staff for optimal team performance.
+ Research and inform team on regulatory issues. Identify and raise any risks and exposures to senior management.
+ As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
+ Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting); or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
+ MBA and/or CPA are highly desired.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$98,900.00 - $137,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
