Job Description:
This position is located at Beth Israel Lahey Health Care Center in Danvers, MA.
Assumes responsibility to assist team in providing quality patient care. Reassess, plans, implements and evaluates patient care from admission to discharge. Is responsible to assist with directing, assigning, and supervising ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. Acts as a role model to staff members. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.
Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology
+ Master of Science Degree preferred
+ Previous experience in a health & disease management and/or adult fitness program.
Certification/License:
+ BLS required
+ ALS preferred
+ ACSM Exercise Specialist preferred
Pay Range:
$28.00 - $37.68
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
