Hiring: Receptionist

+ Pay: $18.00 per hour

+ Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 8-9, and Sundays 10-7

+ Schedule: Full Time position, Monday through Friday from 8-3:30

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.

+ Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.

+ Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.

+ Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.

+ Perform general clerical duties. (Filing, creating folders, scanning etc.) ​

Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.

+ Working knowledge of CDK a plus.

+ 1 year of previous cashier experience is preferred.
