    Who are we looking for?

     

    + Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a plus!

    + Call Center experience, a plus!

    + Customer service experience

    + We will train candidates who have great people skills!

    + Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated

    + Outstanding follow up skills

    + Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

    + Team player

    + Strong communication skills –verbal and written

    + Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

    + Highly organized with attention to detail

    The hourly wage range for this position is $15.49 hourly with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
