    Pay: Salary + Commission, depends on experience

    Responsibilities:

    + Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.

    + Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.

    + Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.

    + Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP

    + Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways , Mitchell , Audatex

    Qualifications:

    + Excellent communication & time management skills.

    + Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.

    + Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
