How you create impact

As a Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will support our rapid growth in sea logistics by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through a combination of customer visits, solution selling, and collaboration with internal teams. This is an ideal role for a motivated, sales-savvy individual looking to grow into a global logistics leader. You will gain exposure to a wide range of logistics solutions and receive support from a collaborative team.

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets

+ Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations

+ Collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs

+ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

+ Ensure smooth customer transitions to operations

+ Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services

+ Support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes

+ Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards

What we would like you to bring

+ 2+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding

+ Understanding of freight forwarding product, processes, and solutions

+ Ability to communicate effectively and present solutions to internal and external clients

+ Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships
