The **Product Owner, Salesforce CRM – Used Procurement Business Line** is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering CRM solutions that enable our Used Procurement team to acquire, manage, and optimize pre-owned RV inventory. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure Salesforce delivers measurable value to the business.
The Product Owner will serve as the voice of the user and business within the Salesforce product team, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories and ensuring the CRM platform supports the end-to-end lifecycle of used vehicle procurement and resale.
What You'll Do:
+ **Product Vision & Strategy:**
+ Collaborate with the Business Product Manager and Salesforce Group Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM used procurement platform.
+ Align product goals with broader company objectives and the Used Procurement business strategy.
+ **Backlog Ownership & Delivery:**
+ Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to balance strategic initiatives and operational needs.
+ Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce features and enhancements.
+ Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
+ Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical development team.
+ Gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across cross-functional groups.
+ Facilitate demos, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
+ **Customer & Business Insight:**
+ Champion usability and process efficiency improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
+ Ensure solutions improve visibility into used inventory, streamline acquisition workflows, and enhance sales readiness
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
+ **Experience:**
+ 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom modules).
+ Experience in retail, automotive, or procurement environments strongly preferred.
+ Proven track record of delivering CRM-based solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and integration frameworks.
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
+ Experience with process automation, reporting/dashboards, and CRM workflow optimization.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
+ Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
Pay Range:
$113,500.00-$165,600.00 Annual
