    Merchants Bank, Winona, has an opening for a temporary Loan Servicing Representative. This temporary position will be 40 hours/week for up to 6 months. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.

     

    Duties include providing excellent customer service while answering telephone calls that come into the department, gathering customer information, and triaging calls. Requires excellent communication and active listening skills, ability to remain calm, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
