Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of payments, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Responsibilities
+ Process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
+ Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely processing of payments.
+ Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.
+ Collect and process approximately 100 - 200 invoices per month.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable and payable.
+ Prepare and submit periodic financial reports.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable processes.
+ Strong data entry and invoice entry skills.
+ Experience in accounting and administrative support.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software.
+ Effective customer service skills.
+ Experience with billing and invoicing systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma.
+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative or accounting support roles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
