Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. You will collaborate with finance leadership to provide operational insights and contribute to ad hoc reports and reporting processes. Your role will involve working with data and developing Excel-based models.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with financial reporting and analysis.

+ Collaborate with finance leadership on operational insights.

+ Contribute to ad hoc reports and reporting processes.

+ Work with data and develop Excel-based models.

+ Perform Three Statement Analysis, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

+ Engage in ad hoc financial modeling and forecasting.

Essential Skills

+ 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis.

+ Proficiency in financial reporting and Three Statement Analysis.

+ Experience with cash flow, forecasting, and analysis.

+ Excel proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting to upper management.

+ Experience with Workday Adaptive is nice to have.

Work Environment

This position requires working in the office five days a week. You will be part of a team that is analytically focused, overseeing long-range statements related to capital expenditure, cash flow modeling, ad hoc analysis, labor union organizations, and evaluating financing for new fleet additions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
