Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support our People Team for a period of 6 to 8 months. This tactical role focuses on the day-to-day execution of job duties rather than long-term planning, providing essential support during a time of team member leave and role realignment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage ticket requests from end users to update employee transcripts and various learning data in Workday.
+ Coordinate with employees and managers through emails to align on training assignments and requirements.
+ Organize and communicate logistics for upcoming trainings, including coordinating with vendors for hotels and travel arrangements.
+ Pull data from Workday or other learning systems to create reports on training completion for compliance and other required trainings.
+ Collaborate with local Safety Managers to ensure approximately 9,000 production employees complete their annual safety training to remain OSHA compliant.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Previous experience administering or assigning employee training.
+ Bachelor's degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Workday experience is preferred.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Strong written communication skills.
Work Environment
This position requires working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, 100% in the office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
