    Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Manufacturing)

    Job Description

    This role involves full cycle recruitment with a focus on engineering and technical positions. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process from intake meetings with managers to onboarding new hires. Key duties include sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, negotiating job offers, and maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    Responsibilities

    + Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events.

    + Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role they are interested in.

    + Ensure candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process.

    + Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    + Act as an internal advocate for candidates by preparing offer recommendations that align with business requirements and delivering approved offers.

    + Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior in all forms of communication.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ or 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.

    + Experience recruiting engineering skillsets.

    + Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday is a plus.

    + Attention to detail.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience as an Engineering Recruiter.

    + Experience as a Sourcer.

    Work Environment

    This position offers a hybrid work environment with four days a week onsite and one day from home, with flexibility on which day to work remotely. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible options to work from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. The team is friendly and personable, and there is an opportunity for growth as the company plans to hire 200 positions by the end of the year.

    This is a Contract position based out of Rockville, Maryland.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
