             **Requisition Number:** 213832 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer I to assist location management teams and Rental field engineers in overseeing engineered systems. These systems are largely comprised of, but not limited to, automated garment and distribution sorting equipment, networked vending equipment (cloud & LAN) and PLC controlled washing and processing equipment. Responsibilities: • Assume the role of technical and reliability leader on these systems with direct execution of upgrades, reliability initiatives and new systems within assigned locations • Assist location management in relocations and minor expansions • Stay abreast of new technical and equipment developments • Develop new ideas to improve quality, cost productivity, housekeeping, safety, energy management and environmental compliance. Will receive occasional support from Engineer II, III, Managers and System Directors. Skills/Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering • Understanding of efficiency calculations through school or previous job • Ability to travel 2 to 3 times per month, during the week • Strong communication skills and project management Preferred • Experience in manufacturing or distribution • Experience with automation •Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
