Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for parts management. Including ordering, returns and inventory control.

Responsible for receiving parts.

Expected to keep work area neat and orderly on a daily basis.

Clerical and customer service skills are required.

Communicate over the phone with vendors in a courteous and friendly manner and provide appropriate paperwork.

Answer incoming phone calls and address as needed.

Some filing, record keeping, and paperwork required.

Perform cycle counts.

Manage maintenance window.

There may be times when picking up parts is necessary.

Ability to work 8 hours per shift and weekends as scheduled.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.

Good attendance.

Good communication skills.

Work well with Team Members.

Willing to accept responsibility, challenge, and deal positively with adversity.

Lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Computer knowledge.

Knowledge of Excel and Word programs.

Inventory management experience.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
