About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Ecosystem Demand Marketing Manager to support our partner marketing initiatives and execute growth strategies and initiatives to expedite adoption of our market solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of marketing campaigns within our Partner Demand Center, our partner self-service campaign tool, from content creation and uploading to performance reporting. This role involves close collaboration with marketing agencies, internal business units, and IT teams to ensure our partners have the materials and access they need to be successful.
What you will do:
+ Campaign and Content Management:
+ Assist with and help manage the process of uploading marketing campaigns and their supporting materials to the Partner Demand Center.
+ Collaborate with marketing agencies to help develop and create new demand generation materials for partners.
+ Review campaign content to ensure it aligns with established guidelines and best practices prior to being uploaded.
+ Work directly with content creators, including Red Hatters and agency partners, to make necessary revisions and edits, ensuring all content is standardized.
+ Use Adobe Express and AI tooling suites to create digital graphics and messaging for campaigns.
+ Strategic Collaboration:
+ Serve as a strategic partner to the business units by attending their calls and acting as the "voice of partner marketing".
+ Work with business units to refresh campaigns as new assets are developed.
+ Platform Administration and User Enablement:
+ Help enable access to the Partner Demand Center for both internal Red Hat employees and external partners by coordinating with IT, Red Hat SalesCloud, and the e2open team.
+ Maintain an up-to-date user list for the Partner Demand Center by performing regular reviews.
+ Reporting and Analytics:
+ Support the team by reporting on ROI metrics, which includes pulling data, preparing presentations, and drafting executive summaries.
+ Collaborate with the marketing operations team to report on the partner-influenced pipeline that originates from the Partner Demand Center.
What you will bring:
+ Must possess a keen eye for attention to detail.
+ Experience working with marketing analytics, including pulling data and creating reports and presentations on campaign ROI.
+ Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Express and AI tooling for graphic creation.
+ Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including agencies, business units, and IT teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to review marketing content for adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
The salary range for this position is $79,550.00 - $127,320.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
