    As a **Senior Product Manager - MAI Monetization Reporting** , you will define and deliver next-generation advertiser reporting capabilities from foundational metrics and dashboards to intelligent summaries, natural language queries, and predictive insights. Your work will shape how advertisers understand performance, optimize campaigns, and unlock growth all within a modern, AI-powered campaign management platform.

    Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

    Responsibilities

    + Own the roadmap for advertiser reporting experiences, including dashboards, tables, and APIs that surface performance across channels, campaigns, and assets.

    + Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and freshness of reporting data at scale.

    + Design AI-powered reporting features such as natural language summaries, conversational insights, and anomaly explanations using LLMs—making complex data accessible and actionable.

    + Collaborate with UX to create intuitive, advertiser-friendly reporting flows that simplify navigation and highlight key insights.

    + Ensure compliance and privacy-by-design in all reporting experiences, aligning with Microsoft standards and global regulations.

    + Champion advertiser needs through research, betas, and feedback loops to prioritize features that deliver clarity and confidence in campaign performance.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + Experience with advertising technology

    + Understanding of data models and advertiser metrics definitions and ability to partner with engineering and data science.

    + Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical application in product experiences (e.g., LLM-driven insights, conversational interfaces).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Ads ecosystem or similar large-scale advertising platforms.

    + Comfort with data visualization principles and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

    + Understanding of privacy and compliance requirements in advertising (GDPR, CCPA).

    + Reliable communication and stakeholder management skills.

     

    Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
