Join our dynamic team as a **Business Applications Developer** , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced automated workflows, enhance user interactions, and lead the integration of AI agents within production services.
This is an exciting time to join our group **Customer Experience Engineering - CXP** - and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. The goal of the Customer Experience - CXP Engineering is to build the next generation of our applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and several other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high value, complete, and Copilot-enabled application scenarios across all devices and form factors. We innovate quickly and collaborate closely with our partners and customers in an agile, high-energy environment. This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities
+ Design, build, and deploy business applications using **Microsoft Copilot Studio** ’s low-code/no-code tools.
+ Leverage **Dataverse** for data modeling, storage, and integration.
+ Utilize **Azure Foundry** for advanced automation, AI, or workflow integration.
+ Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into program requirements and technical specifications.
+ Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of technical specifications with business goals.
+ Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify and address gaps with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., **Power Platforms** ).
+ Design application solutions using configurations established in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., **Power Automate** ) and develop advanced automated workflows.
+ Lead design and code reviews within the team and support the development of technical best practices and architectural guidelines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ year(s) of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots).
Other Requirements
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
+ This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
Corporate Technology Support IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
