    What You’ll Do:

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with servers, GPUs, and network infrastructure.

    + Deploy, rack, stack, and cable hardware to industry standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

    + Manage support tickets and document progress using digital tools.

    + Lead and mentor others, driving project success and innovation.

    + Work with cutting-edge technologies in a large-scale data center.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of hands-on data center experience (break/fix, deployment, troubleshooting).

    + Experience with GPU deployment is a huge plus!

    + Strong skills in hardware installation, cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber), and network troubleshooting.

    + Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

    + Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    + Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.

    + Multiple day and night shifts available to fit your schedule.

    Location & Pay:

    + Mount Pleasant, WI

    + Competitive pay up to $49.50/hr

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $49.50/hr.
