    Position Details: Member Service Representative (Call Center - Credit Union)

    Schedule:

    + Five days/week, 8 hours/day

    + Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday)

    + 100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing

    Available Shifts (choose one and stick with it):

    + 8am–5pm (currently full)

    + 9am–6pm (currently full)

    + 10am–7pm (available)

    + 12pm–9pm (available)

    Training:

    + 3-month training period

    + Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (must be available for these hours)

    Pay:

    + Starting at $18 to $20/hour, based on experience

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center

    + Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions

    + Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand

    + Take loan applications and follow through on member needs

    What They’re Looking For:

    + Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people

    + Previous customer service or retail experience

    + Call center or financial institution experience is a plus

    + Strong computer and multitasking skills

    + High school diploma/GED required

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
