    Senior Smartsheet Developer (Remote Contract) Duration: 8–10 Weeks Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Vendor: TEKsystems Global Services Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Contract (W2 or C2C) Position Overview Key Responsibilities 1. Core Architecture & Data Structure • Design and implement a Centralized Objective/KPI Tracker in Smartsheet as the single source of truth for all Policy & Legal Ops+ objectives and KPIs. • Establish parent/child relationships between KPIs and supporting projects. • Develop standardized tracking assets using Objective/KPI Control Center blueprints. • Build a scalable architecture to support future enhancements (e.g., time tracking, resource management, Microsoft Copilot integration). 2. Project Intake & Management • Configure project intake forms to require KPI linkage before submission. • Automate project creation upon approval, linking new projects to their respective KPIs. • Ensure each dashboard project entry includes a direct link to its detailed project plan. 3. Dashboard & Reporting • Develop a main dashboard view consolidating all L2 (Darth Vaughn) Objectives/KPIs. • Implement a nested project view under each KPI. • Enable automated status roll-up from child projects to parent KPIs. • Create executive-ready visuals with real-time data updates. • Incorporate comprehensive filtering by KPI, objective, status, and organizational level. • Display key metrics such as % complete, milestone progress, and R/Y/G status indicators. 4. Automation & Workflow • Configure automated KPI updates based on milestone completion. • Leverage Smartsheet automation to minimize manual data entry and reduce administrative burden. 5. User Access & Experience • Use Smartsheet WorkApps to create role-based views for leadership, legal ops, and project owners. • Configure Dynamic View for secure, tailored stakeholder access. 6. Vendor Engagement, Training & Support • Conduct weekly stakeholder check-ins to review progress, demonstrate work, and align on next steps. • Provide change management support, including communication templates and adoption strategies • Execute a formal solution hand-off, including final demonstration and verification. • Provide comprehensive documentation, including: - Data dictionary - System architecture diagrams - Administrative and user guides • Offer post-deployment support for a minimum of four weeks to address bugs and assist with minor adjustments. Required Qualifications • Proven experience designing and implementing Smartsheet Control Center solutions. • Expertise in Smartsheet automation, WorkApps, and Dynamic View. • Strong understanding of project management principles and KPI tracking. • Experience integrating Smartsheet with enterprise systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to deliver executive-level dashboards and visual reporting. • Familiarity with change management and training program development. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with automotive or legal operations teams. • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration potential.

    The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
