Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–7:00pm

Start Date: November 17, 2025

• Key Responsibilities

+ Process up to 2,500 vehicle titles daily

+ Match titles with bills of sale and organize by dealer name

+ Alphabetize and sort titles

+ Receive titles into the system, stamp/assign, and prepare for shipment

+ Operate in a quiet, phone-free environment with a close-knit team

• Must-Have Skills

+ Fast and accurate typing

+ Strong administrative support capabilities

+ Interest or experience in auto finance and title processing

+ Ability to work independently and in a team

+ Receptive to feedback and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves

+ Experience in shipping and receiving

+ Prior exposure to auto title work (not required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
