Our Government Contracted client is launching a new GRC program and needs 2 ServiceNow Implementation Engineers to lead the configuration and deployment of the (IRM/TPRM) modules within ServiceNow.

This role is a 4- month contract to implement and configure the IRM ServiceNow Module. They have recently implemented ServiceNow and are eager to get their IRM module up and running ASAP, as well as their TPRM Module, which will be handled by another engineer, but will work in conjunction with each other to ensure compliance. This candidate should have previous experience implementing the IRM module from scratch as they don't have anyone in house with this experience. This role is crucial for standing up the IRM tool quickly, with an expected implementation within 90 to 120 days. They will be responsible for integrating IRM with existing ServiceNow tools like CMDB and ITSM, ensuring data ingestion and control assignment across the enterprise.

This is a build-focused role, not an analyst position. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders to translate manual processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

+ Configure and implement the ServiceNow IRM module.

+ Integrate with CMDB, ISM, TPRM and other ServiceNow tools.

+ Align workflows with NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53 frameworks.

+ Deliver a fully functional module within 90–120 days.

+ For TPRM: Support vendor onboarding, risk scoring, and lifecycle management.

+ For IRM: Enable enterprise-wide risk visibility and control assignment.

+ Ingest data from CMDB, ISM, and other ServiceNow tools.

+ Assign controls across the organization.

+ Enable control owners to provide evidence of compliance.

+ Support accreditation for government environments.

Candidate Profile/ REquirements:

+ Recent hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM.

+ Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and regulatory alignment.

+ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, build-first environment.

+ Experience Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.

+ A strong understanding government regulations and standards such as NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53 is highly desirable. Experience in a FedRAMP environment would be another differentiator for candidates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
