    Seeking a skilled NDT Technician to perform non-destructive testing on aircraft engines, structures, and components. This role involves inspecting metallic and nonmetallic materials for defects using both automated and manual techniques. The ideal candidate will be certified to NDT Level II in UT and ET, and possess a strong understanding of aerospace standards and inspection technologies.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct non-destructive tests (NDT) on aircraft engines and components.

    + Inspect composite and metallic parts and assemblies for defects using:

    + Radiography

    + Ultrasonic

    + Penetrant

    + Eddy current

    + Shearography

    + Thermography

    + Magnetic particle methods

    + Utilize both automated and manual inspection techniques.

    + Document and report findings in accordance with industry standards.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

    Basic Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 4 years of additional education and/or manufacturing experience in NDT.

    + Certified to NDT Level II in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current Testing (ET) per NAS-410 (documentation required).

    + Active DoD Secret Clearance.

    + Ability to pass eye, medical, and respiratory exams.

    + Physically capable of climbing stairs and ladders as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Aerospace or aviation industry experience.

    + Proficiency with measuring tools: comparators, micrometers, scales, calipers.

    + Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and other quality/NDT auditing systems.

    + Experience with MAUSS V or AUSS Mobile systems.

    + Skilled in using multiple brands of flaw detectors.

    + Strong ability to interpret flaws in composite materials.

    + Certification in additional NDT methods.

    + Positive attitude with a drive to grow professionally.

    + Flexibility to work extended or variable schedules on short notice.

    + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.43/hr.
