Join Us as a Patient Access Representative!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Representative to be the welcoming face of our medical team and ensure a seamless experience for every patient.

What You'll Do

+ Greet and check patients in and out for medical appointments with warmth and professionalism.

+ Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.

+ Accurately document insurance details, personal information, payment methods, and other critical data.

+ Enter and maintain patient demographic information in our systems.

+ Manage various administrative tasks including paperwork and clerical duties.

+ Communicate important updates and information to medical staff to support coordinated care.

What You Bring

+ Strong customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

+ Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes.

+ Flexibility to work varied schedules, including in a dynamic emergency department setting.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience Level

+ Intermediate – Ideal for candidates with prior experience in healthcare or administrative support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
