    Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator

     

    Pay: $24-26/hr

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5

     

    + Hybrid - Mon-Weds in office, Thurs and Fri WFH

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to customers and regional sales managers. This role serves as the first point of contact for resolving customer-related inquiries, including order management, delivery issues, and payment concerns.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, channel partners, and field sales teams.

    + Prepare and deliver weekly analysis reports to customers.

    + Support sales opportunities for distribution, OEMs, HEV customers, and global accounts; maintain quotations.

    + Process customer sales orders in compliance with SOX requirements.

    + Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centers.

    + Liaise with customers on post-sales activities, resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

    + Perform detailed data validation across multiple reports for regional sales managers and customers.

    + Handle additional projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

    + Minimum 2 years of order entry experience; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 preferred.

    + Familiarity with companies selling through manufacturing reps and distributors is a plus.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.

    + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
