Cyber M&A Program Manager

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and help coordinate M&A activities from a Cyber Strategy and Governance perspective

+ Playbook creation and refinement

+ Currently in early assessment stage

+ Resource will assist teams with identifying areas of risk and action items needed with pending merger

+ For example:

+ Have they had any security incidents or breaches?

+ Any there any open regulatory findings?

+ How do they manage their firewalls?

+ Are there vulnerabilities to be patched?

+ What is the state of open vulnerabilities?

+ Interact with high level stakeholders

+ Make recommendations on ideal state based upon previous experience

Required Skills:

+ Cyber Strategy & Governance experience

+ Must understand how decisions impact risk posture and compliance

+ M&A process knowledge, preferably from Banking/Financial Services institutions

+ Must understand the phases of M&A and how cyber fits into each

+ Technical Security domain knowledge (SIEM, IAM, firewalls, etc.)

+ Should know what these are at a high level and understand how they fit into integration, but will not be responsible for hands on configuration

+ Excellent communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
