About the Role
System One is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial heat exchanger projects for a global manufacturing partner. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project execution within high-stakes environments such as energy, technology, or industrial manufacturing.
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects—from planning and procurement to delivery—ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage project planning, execution, and delivery for heat exchanger systems.
+ Serve as the main point of contact across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customers.
+ Maintain project schedules and lead weekly status reviews.
+ Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely procurement of long-lead items.
+ Monitor budgets and collaborate with cost controllers to manage financial performance.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
+ Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions to leadership.
+ Ensure compliance with company standards, codes of conduct, and operational frameworks.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ PMP® certification preferred.
+ Familiarity with air coolers and manufacturing supply chains is a plus.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Additional Requirements
+ Ability to work on-site with regular attendance and punctuality.
+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
+ Willingness to travel up to 10%.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
