Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Data Analyst to support Supply Chain Master Data Management (MM) operations across global, CMO, and site-specific environments. The role involves analyzing moderately complex data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cGMP standards, and intermediate proficiency in data analysis.
Role Responsibilities:
+ Works on assignments that range from routine to semi routine in nature where independent action and initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations.
+ Works on assignments where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.
+ Demonstrates a working knowledge with intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Able to develop solutions to moderately non-routine problems.
+ Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
+ Applies working knowledge of manufacturing and production operations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) on a daily basis.
+ Works on non-routine to routine problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.
+ With guidance may exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
+ Ensures record-tracking of pertinent data is being completed through computerized systems, and provides recommendations and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
+ May provide training to more junior Supply Chain personnel.
+ Analyzes non-routine information or data to support Supply Chain activities – e.g. inventory levels, prices and tracking of shipments, inventory positioning, material deliveries, planned master production schedule and sales forecasts.
+ Support and Maintain MM operations across Global, CMO, and Site-specific data
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Warehouse , Purchasing, etc.) to ensure data readiness
+ Monitor SLAs, data quality KPIs, and operational efficiency
+ Participate in issue resolution and escalation management
+ Drive alignment between global and Internal Sites MM practices
+ Makes recommendations affecting longer-term inventory levels, sources, handling etc.
+ Participates in the planning and controls of materials and finished goods to meet sales and distribution demand. Compiles and analyzes statistical data to assist with decision-making.
+ Initiates or receives requests for routine changes affecting inventory levels, e.g. shipments, purchases, movement of stock. Performs necessary transactions and records in system to reflect changes.
+ Prepares standard documents, such as work orders, purchase orders, material transfer requests, or shipping documentation.
+ May be responsible for establishing timing (production schedules, sequence, lead time, etc.) of specific projects or activities to meet broader timeframes established by senior management.
+ Tracks progress with department supervisors, readjusts schedules and communicates changes according to production progress, change orders, manpower requirements, product availability or other conditions impacting timelines.
+ May coordinate with other department representatives to identify future business needs.

The salary range for this position is: $88,400.00 - $114,400.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
