    Job Description:

    + Test/verification of Avionics and Mission equipment compatibility as installed on military aircraft

    + Perform TEMPEST test at aircraft level to verify isolation of classified signals

    + Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results

    + Select test equipment based on analysis of specifications to support required testing

    + Perform simulations and present design reviews to peer engineers

    + Use test equipment to analyze/verify hardware designs

    Essential Functions:

    + Ability to travel.

    + Work extended hours when necessary.

    + RF/Microwave Device testing and evaluation including s-parameter, large signal load pull characterization as well as modulated signal measurements.

    + Must have familiarity with common commercial RF design and analysis tools to design and analyze RF circuits and systems (i.e. ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB, etc.).

    + Determine design approaches and parameters.

    + Analyze electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

    + Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience.

    + In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

    + Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

    + Excellent communication, technical writing and presentation skills.

    + Knowledge and/or experience with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, signal generators and Antenna theory.
