    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Team Leadership

     

    Hire Right: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.

     

    Stay Aligned: Maintain an open dialogue with teammates to stay plugged in and on track.

     

    Plan Ahead: Implement succession planning to nurture future leaders.

     

    Operational Excellence

     

    Financial performance: Assist with the creation and administration of all areas of the operational budget to maintain a profitable operation.

     

    Scheduling: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules, adapting to operational needs – staying within established manpower budgets.

     

    Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements.

     

    Side-by-Side: Provide on-the-floor leadership for employees to offer real-time support and coaching.

     

    Client Relations: Serve as the daily point of contact to make sure that service level expectations are met.

     

    Performance Management

     

    Manpower: Oversee labor costs and manage budgets to meet financial targets.

     

    Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

     

    Reporting: Ensure accurate billing and timely financial reporting.

    Requirements

    Strong hands-on leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance. (4+ years in aviation or a relevant service industry)

     

    Experience with creating schedules and assisting/managing the dispatch of team members to cover all shifts with appropriate staffing with no breakdown in services being provided to provide exemplary customer service 100% of the time.

     

    Proven ability to maintain effective customer service focused relations will all accounts the operations supports – building strong client relationships.

     

    Excellent and timely communication and follow-up skills partnering with all team members, fellow leaders, and Human Resources to continue to build positive business partnerships creating win-win resolutions/solutions.

     

    Ability to work self-directed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment – often with tight deadlines.

     

    Business knowledge to create/manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.

     

    Extremely organized with great decision skills.

     

    Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong comfort level of speaking with executive and c-suite officers nurturing open and honest dialogues.

     

    Flexible working in shifts including weekends and holidays.
