    Marathon Petroleum Company, LP's Catlettsburg, KY Refinery is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Reliability organization as an Enterprise Asset Management Coordinator. This position reports to the Reliability Manager in our Maintenance Department.

     

    Overview

     

    This Enterprise Asset Management Coordinator will focus on data analytics and management of our data systems in collaboration with various refinery personnel including Routine Maintenance, Construction, Reliability, Engineering, and Accounting. Core responsibilities include data collection and analysis, report creation and review, and acting as the site SAP and GE APM coordinator.

     

    This position will be based on-site at Marathon Petroleum’s Catlettsburg, KY Refinery.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze failure data and work order history to identify trends, bad actors, and opportunities for operational efficiency

    + Work with reliability, routine maintenance, and construction to create reports or dashboards in Excel and PowerBI

    + Assist in managing asset information and data to ensure equipment history and records are accurate and complete

    + Complete weekly and monthly reports which may include compiling the upcoming PM forecast, RREV compliance, and other maintenance KPIs as needed

    + Review data integrity in SAP and update metadata as needed to improve and manage data structures

    + Act as the site subject matter expert as SAP coordinator for the refinery

    + Assist SAP users with access and role assignment

    + Act as refinery liaison to IT for on-site SAP issues and improvement ideas

    + Understand the maintenance work process and how it integrates with SAP and relevant SAP transactions

    + Conduct training for new employees on SAP functionality or refresher training as needed

    + Support testing of changes or enhancements during system integration testing for refinery data systems

    + Act as site lead for new software and digital system roll out to the refinery across departments

    + Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and communicate those efforts to the refinery users

    + Assist in managing and administering other data systems used in the refining organization such as GE APM, PM deferrals, PM Change, iTAR, iCon

    + Maintain a working knowledge of the maintenance process and function as the backup maintenance scheduler

     

    Minimum (Required) Qualifications

     

    + High School Diploma

    + Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future

    + A valid driver’s license is required

    + Ability to obtain a TWIC card

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate's degree in engineering with relevant work experience

    + Experience performing data analysis leading to identification and resolution of issues

    + Software experience; SAP, GE Meridium (APM) V4 experience, Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerBI)
