    Position: Carrier Onboarding Representative

     

    Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

     

    Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

    Job Description:

    As a Carrier Onboarding Representative, you will play a vital role in introducing new carriers to the IVIA platform and ensuring their successful integration. You will be the first point of contact for many carriers—guiding them through setup, addressing questions, and fostering strong relationships that promote continued engagement. This position works closely with internal teams to support carriers and enhance their experience on the platform.

    Core Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Guide carriers through the onboarding process with professionalism and attention to detail.

    + Clearly communicate the benefits of IVIA, including real-time visibility, shipment opportunities, and workflow efficiency.

    + Conduct follow-ups to ensure carriers complete all onboarding steps, including profile and vehicle setup.

    + Monitor carrier engagement and ensure consistent utilization of the IVIA platform.

    + Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers, gathering feedback to improve the onboarding experience.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve basic onboarding or technical issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.

    + Track and maintain accurate onboarding metrics, carrier records, and communication logs.

    + Represent IVIA’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and exceptional service within the logistics industry.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, carrier relations, or customer service preferred.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Proactive approach to relationship management and problem-solving.

    + Familiarity with logistics platforms, TMS systems, or carrier onboarding tools preferred.

    + Comfortable working full-time in-office in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Skills:

    + Positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

    + Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong follow-up habits.

    + Experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.

    + Commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting carrier success.
