Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and operations-savvy Business Analyst to support multiple warehouse distribution centers. This role is critical in helping our supply chain teams make informed decisions through strong partnership, analysis, and planning support. This role is at the intersection of data and operations, helping to translate numbers into action. This role is ideal for someone who has been on the warehouse floor and now wants to leverage that experience to drive smarter decisions and long-term improvements.
What you'll do:
+ Maintain and update warehouse staffing models in collaboration with local leadership
+ Assist in building operational plans aligned with volume, labor, and business priorities
+ Partner closely with DC Operations leaders to drive execution and accountability
+ Facilitate KPI reviews and operational cadence meetings, ensuring alignment to performance goals
+ Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste
+ Conduct root cause and loss analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
+ Support the development of volume projections to guide labor and throughput planning
+ Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to drive performance visibility
What You'll need:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year experience in an operations supervisor or front-line leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Bi, or similar tools
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence business leaders
+ Ability to travel up to 25% to assigned locations.
