EPiC (Early Pioneers in Career)

While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our

Associate Consultants perform on our various project teams:

+ Working with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys

+ Translate business objectives into requirements to support future-state design of process, technology, etc. ensuring client needs are captured and delivered

+ Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations

+ Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner

+ Support the drafting and development of all major project deliverables

+ Assist with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting

+ Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

+ Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

+ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

+ Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

+ Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments

+ Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

+ High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

+ Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred

Requirements

The estimated salary range for this role is $54,600-$81,900 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
