    About the role

     

    As a SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (ISU) Device Management (DM) Consultant, you will make an impact by leading and designing ISU DM processes, supporting solution discussions, and delivering successful implementations. You will be a valued member of the XYZ team and work collaboratively with onsite sales/delivery teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders.

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead design and implementation of IS-U DM processes on S/4HANA.

    + Conduct gap analysis, configuration, testing, and cutover activities.

    + Facilitate customer workshops and document Business Process Designs.

    + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate IS-U DM with other tracks.

    + Provide expert guidance on utilities best practices and compliance.

     

    Work model

     

    Remote with travel required for project milestones

    What you need to have to be considered

    + 12+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Device Management.

    + Proven ability to handle gap analysis, configuration, and testing.

    + Strong project management skills including planning and scheduling.

    + Expertise in utilities industry best practices and compliance.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    These will help you stand out

    + Experience mentoring junior consultants.

    + Exposure to sales and marketing activities for DM solutions.

    + Familiarity with S/4HANA migration strategies.

     

    Salary and Other Compensation

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
