Job Overview
The Project Manager - Development is responsible for facilitating the execution of development projects from inception to completion in collaboration with the Director of Housing Development. This role involves the advancement of development systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission through the management of project activities, quality control, and project team leadership for the Housing Development lines of business. Additionally, the position provides general project support to Estoria Marketing, Sales and Selections.
+ Facilitates the execution of development projects from inception to completion in collaboration with Development Leaders and Colleagues.
+ Executes development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Monitor and report on the progress of project milestones and deliverables, adjusting project scopes, schedules, and advising on resources as needed. This includes, and will not be limited to, Construction Milestones related to customer communication and selections and Financing Milestones.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including project scope, goals, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
+ Document project processes for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Support change management initiatives to support the adoption of new systems and processes within New Development.
+ Modify subscription paperwork, selection documents, subscription documentation and sales collateral to reflect legal or project updates. Improve the process with technology available.
+ Maintain the Sharepointe site and include links to the Planner page.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, facilities management, IT, operations, and external partners, to ensure project success.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
+ Supports administrative tasks for Operations and New Development to maintain metrics and compliance.
+ Works with Accounting Department to ensure month-end financial metrics are completed.
+ Enters relevant information (units, storage, garages, gardens) in CRM for new development contracts. Export information for the Operational Team
+ Creates necessary documents & staff manuals/systems for new development.
+ Supports Development team for day-to-day projects and other duties as assigned.
+ Assist with IT issues across Ebenezer as needed.
+ Occasional travel to Ebenezer meetings and events as needed and/or required
Required Qualifications
+ 2 or more years Microsoft Office Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
+ B.S./B.A.
+ 2 or more years General project management

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
